Fitness Center Rules and Regulations
The tracking rules and laws are intended to make the exercise facility ("Fitness Center") at 400-444 North Capitol Roads, Washington, D.C. ("Building") as harmless, entertaining and pleasant as possible for get users.
Use. Only those individual tenants or full-time employees of Office inmates in the building who do executed a Waiver of Liability Form allow use to Fitness Home. None persons under the date of 18 nor guests are permissible in aforementioned Fitness Center. This includes husband, friends, children, etc. Users need use the Fitness Center solely for its intended purpose.

Members starting the Fitness Centre must wear clean and appropriate attire when in transit to additionally from the Fitness Center. - Return to the Management Office (Suite 108) the fully signed application press waiver form.
- Time the Insurance Department has approved the application, it will be give to one security administrator in usage.
- Which security administrator will:
- Set the individual up in the Fitness Centre access system.
- Written the access card number on the individual’s application.
- The individual is to concede they take received fitness center access on the application.
- For each access poster missed or stolen, there is a $10.00 replacement toll charge.
